Our Weekly Services (Pre Covid-19)
You are most welcome to join with us for our regular Sunday morning worship service which is held in the School Hall of St Meryl School, Carpenders Park (WD19 5BT), starting with refreshments at 10.30am, worship beginning at 11.00am and finishing around 12.15pm. We feel that the time of fellowship before the start of worship is an important part of the service and it is one of the ways we can keep in touch with the church family over a friendly cup of tea or coffee. The first Sunday in the month will usually be an all-age service with child-friendly songs and presentation. Babies and toddlers will have creche facilities provided in the hall. On other Sundays we try to make our Sunday morning services very relevant, with good praise music, meaningful worship, and a short visual presentation for children before they go out for their own lessons and activities. The adults continue with bible-based messages that are both inspiring and memorable. The fourth Sunday of each month includes a Communion Service where we celebrate the Lord Jesus and remember what He did for us on the cross. The format and structure of our morning services varies with each service leader and so offers a wide variety of presentations and styles.
We have a Sunday School for younger members of the church. All our teachers have been screened and vetted according to the requirements of the child protection laws
We can easily accommodate wheelchairs and there is an entrance ramp for this purpose. The toilet facilities also cater for disabled users. We are wired up with a loop system to help those with hearing difficulties. We can also arrange for people with mobility difficulties to be collected from, and returned to, their home.
